Vision:-

The Vision of college is to be a Center of Excellence in Teaching, Research and Extension Education in the field of Veterinary and Animal Science.

Produce competent and skilled human resource which is socially sensitive, skilled and responsible.

Undertake region-based, need-based and basic research for improving animal health and productivity by adopting modern technology including value addition.

Provide efficient extension services at the door step of poor and marginal farmers and livestock owners and motivating them to adopt animal husbandry, poultry, and related vocations as an engine of economic growth and social empowerment.

Empower women to become, “Knowledgeable Livestock Stakeholders” giving them economic identity as majority of the activities of Animal Husbandry practices are in the hands of women.


Mission:- 

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people and animals by advancing veterinary education, improving animal health and welfare, strengthening research, and enhancing environmental quality.

To provide extension services to the farmers and livestock owners.

To make the human transformation of the students by equipping them with all the desired prerequisites of the veterinarian’s world in the current veterinary scenario.

To prepare students who could grow to be competent enough to contribute significantly for the betterment of mankind through this profession.

To spread out the veterinary knowledge and train the youth to improve the welfare of animals/birds and to balance the demand of livestock production in quantity as well as quality, especially for Rajasthan state.

The college is also planning to have P.G. program in different faculties of the college. Other provisions of Extension are seminar, symposia, workshop and exhibitions of Animal Health Care program through clinical veterinary complex, diagnostic centre and disease investigation facilities.

Artificial insemination program for genetic improvement of livestock and use of sexed semen.

National Social Service Program is followed to benefit the farmers regarding dissemination of various veterinary practices at farmer’s door and various short duration training programs to farmers in the college.
